Byron Difani Obituary, Byron Difani Has Sadly Passed Away

Byron Difani Obituary, Death Cause – Batesville, Arkansas resident Byron Louis Difani, 57, passed away on May 27th, 2023. On June 2, 1965, in St. Louis, Missouri, Byron was born to Herman Louis Difani and Shirley Ann (Robbins) Difani, both of whom have since passed away. The effects of his God-given capacity to affect the lives of everyone he encountered will be felt for years to come; he was a devoted husband, father, grandpa, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, teacher, and principal. Byron will be sorely mourned and fondly remembered always.

Elizabeth Difani, Byron’s grandmother, Herman and Shirley Difani, Byron’s parents, and Byron’s father-in-law Duane McGhee and sister-in-law Kristina McGhee have all passed away. His wife of over 36 years, Stephanie (McGhee) Difani; his mother-in-law, Joan McGhee; sons Brett (Tiffany) and Blake (Jessica); grandchildren Braxton (Tiffany’s), Beckham (Blake’s), and Bennett (Blake’s); three brothers, Curt (deceased), Derrick (deceased), and Robert King; sister, Kim Kelly; nephews Brennen (Tabitha) and Braidon Byron was a Christian and an active member of Batesville’s Church of God. His commitment to helping others was a clear manifestation of his religion. Byron was a youth camp director and regional leader when he was younger. He served as a clergyman for 14 years because he enjoyed preaching and teaching.

Byron continued his study at Arkansas State University and ultimately earned a master’s degree in educational leadership. Byron followed his calling to teach by first teaching fourth grade in Pocahontas, then in Beebe, and finally in Batesville, where he eventually became an administrator. Byron enjoyed going on deer hunts, playing disc golf, and watching baseball games. Byron loved watching the St. Louis Cardinals play every season. Byron really cared about helping others. He had a true passion for teaching and mentoring young people. Willis Funeral Service in Batesville, Arkansas, has been entrusted with the arrangements. Visitation will be held in the Willis Funeral Service Chapel on Wednesday, May 31, 2023, from 4:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. On Thursday, June 1, 2023, at 10 a.m., Bro. Keith Tyler will preside over a funeral ceremony for Byron at Compass Church in Batesville.
