William Hughes Obituary, Death Cause – On June 17, 1949, he was born in the city of Petoskey, which is located within the state of Michigan, to his parents Junior and Wilma (Morningstar) Hughes. His grandparents were also named Junior and Wilma. They are the parents of him. Bill was a devoted member of the family who placed a high emphasis on having meaningful interactions with both his children and grandchildren.
He loved all of his children and especially cherished his grandchildren. Up to the day she passed away, he cherished every moment of time that he was allowed to spend with his wife Zina. He was sad when she passed away. Spending time in the garage and tinkering with the various tools and machines provided Bill with a sense of fulfillment that was hard to match. Throughout his entire life, he exemplified the ideals of patriotism and service to country by holding a distinguished position in the United States Army.
Before he went away, his wife Zina, his parents, and his son William “Billy” all died. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on the day of the memorial service, which will be held at 11:30 a.m., and will continue up until the start of the event. The memorial service will be held at the Mancelona Community Center. The Mancelona Community Center will serve as the starting point for the tour.
