Robert McCauley Obituary, Death Cause – Robert Lee McCauley, who was 71 years old and had been a resident of Street, Maryland, passed away on May 23, 2023. In the city of Baltimore, in the state of Maryland, his parents, John B. and Myrtel M. (Louk) McCauley, welcomed their son Robert into the world. He wed his devoted wife, Alice M. (Deans), on January 23, 1971, and the two of them have been inseparable ever since their wedding day. Before Robert went into retirement, he held the position of supervisor at American Color Graphics, where he had worked for many years.
One of his favorite past times was shooting pool, and he particularly enjoyed doing so with the people he knew from Delta Pizza. When he wasn’t playing pool, he enjoyed to spend time out on the water on his boat, especially on the Susquehanna River. on particular, he liked to fish for smallmouth bass. Throughout his entire life, he pursued his hobbies of fishing and crabbing with a great deal of enthusiasm. The Baltimore Ravens and NASCAR were two of his favorite sports, and he was quite enthusiastic about each of them. Robert was a member of the Sons of the American Legion at Whiteford Post 182, which he belonged to and attended regularly. Over the course of a significant amount of time, Robert and Alice were amazing foster parents to a big number of children. They were not stingy with their affection for one another or their time.
His children, Steve (Mandi) McCauley of Bel Air, Maryland and Robert (Michelle) McCauley, Jr. of Casselberry, Florida, are the only ones to carry on Robert’s legacy after his passing. Robert is survived by his children, in addition to his parents and the woman who was the love of his life, his wife. His loyal grandchildren and great grandchild are among those who will carry on his legacy. He is also survived by his brothers, extended family, and other relatives.
