Michael Murphy Obituary, Death Cause – Michael Murphy, also known as “Mick,”. Former resident of Ballyhack, County Wexford, and most recently of Ballybeg Court, Waterford. Mick passed away on the 24th of May, 2023, on a Wednesday. I pray that he finds eternal rest. His devoted mother Bridie, his sad wife Ann, his daughters Leanne and Gemma, his sons-in-law James and Nick, his son Niall and his partner Sophie, and his grandchildren Aoife, Logan, JJ, Keeva, and Faye will miss him terribly.
The funeral service for Mick will take place on June 2 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Paul’s Church, Lisduggan, in the city of Waterford. Immediately following the service, he will be laid to rest in Ballyhack Cemetery in the county of Wexford. On its way to Mick’s Requiem Mass in St. Paul’s Church Lisduggan at 10am, the Funeral Cortege will pass his residence in Ballybeg Court at roughly 9:30 am.
His loving siblings Margaret, Mary, David, Ann, Catherine, and John, as well as his nieces, nephews, and grandnieces and grandnephews, will grieve deeply at the loss of their beloved brother, Mick. Everyone in Mick’s extended family, all of his relatives, all of his great neighbors, and all of his numerous friends will miss him terribly. On Thursday, June 1st, from 5 to 8 o’clock in the evening, Mick’s mortal remains will lie in repose at the Falconers Funeral Home in Riverstown, Tramore. Throughout the entirety of this event, refreshment will be offered.
The Mass will be held at 10am. Along the journey to his burial in Ballyhack Cemetery in Co. Wexford, Mick’s Funeral Cortege will also be passing his childhood home in Ballyhack, which is located in Wexford County. This will take place at approximately 11:45 in the morning.
