Kevin Cronin Obituary, Death Cause – After learning of the unexpected passing of Kevin Cronin, who had been serving as the club caretaker, the Bantry Blues are in a state of sorrow. The organization would like to offer its most heartfelt condolences to the members of the Bantry Blues football team. His mother Dympna, his brother Mark, and his sister Linda, as well as the rest of the Cronin family, including his nieces and nephews Gavin and Noah. On May 25th, 2023, Kevin, who was 47 years old at the time of his death, passed away unexpectedly at his house.
On Sunday, May 28, at seven o’clock in the evening, prayers will be performed for the vigil at the Coakley’s Funeral Home, which can be found on Chapel Street in the town of Bantry. The wake will get underway around 5:30 in the evening. At twelve o’clock in the afternoon on May 29th, there will be a Requiem Mass celebrated at Saint Finbarr’s Church in Bantry. He was the beloved son of Dympna (who was previously known as O’Sullivan) and the late Eugene, the devoted brother of Linda and Mark, and the ecstatic uncle of Luke, Gavin, Noah, and Kara.
