John Tolar Obituary, Death Cause – Everyone in this room is feeling tremendously depressed and upset due to the tragic news that Chief John Wayne Tolar passed away earlier today. His passing was announced earlier today. We were all left in a state of shock and hopelessness as a result of this unexpected turn of events. During this difficult time, we want his family, friends, and coworkers to know that they are in our thoughts and prayers.
