Tina Webb Obituary, Death Cause – Tina Sue Webb, age 65, of Hager Hill, Kentucky, passed away in the Pikeville Medical Center on Saturday, May 27, 2023. She was taken there from her home in Hager Hill. On November 9, 1957, in Johnson County, Kentucky, he was born to Earl Ferguson and Gladys Sword Ferguson, both of whom have now passed away. Tina is survived by her husband, Ricky D. Webb; one son, Ricky A. Webb and his wife, Frankie of Dahlgren, Illinois; one daughter, Tikena N. Castle of Paintsville, Kentucky; three brothers: Earl Ferguson, Jr. of Winchester, Kentucky, Michael Ferguson and his wife, Sherry of Stambaugh, Kentucky and Gregory Ferguson and his wife, Martha of Van Lear, Kentucky; one sister, Sherry Faye Witten and her husband, Bill of Tina served in this capacity at the Van Lear Historical Society Coal Miners Museum for many years.

On Tuesday, visitation will be held at the Country Music Highway Museum beginning at 10:00 am and continuing until the start of the ceremonies at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be sent to the Van Lear Historical Society Coal Miners Museum, which can be found at vanlearkentucky.com or at the following mailing address: PO Box 369, Van Lear, Kentucky 41265. Phelps and Son Funeral Home is in charge of making the necessary arrangements at this time.

On Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at one o’clock in the afternoon, funeral services will be performed at the U.S. 23 Country Music Highway Museum located at 100 Stave Branch Road in Staffordsville, Kentucky 41256. After the service, the deceased will be laid to rest in the Webb – Wells Cemetery located in Daniels Creek, Van Lear. David “Rod” Wells will preside over the ceremony. Phelps & Son Funeral Home will be open for visitation on Sunday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm and on Monday from 12:00 to 9:00 pm for friends and family.
