Roger Schadt Obituary, Death Cause – Roger Matthew Schadt Alumni of the Class of 1977 We are very sorry to tell you that Mr. Roger Mathew Schadt has died away. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. On May 16, Roger passed away due to natural causes while he was at home in the comfort of his own home. Renee Wingerter and Ronda (Dave) Smith, in addition to Janet Kelly, Roger’s mother, are among those who will mourn him after he has passed away. The victim’s nieces and nephews, along with a big number of other relatives and friends, including the victim’s closest friend Brad Neff and a significant number of other acquaintances, all managed to escape the tragedy alive.

Roger Schadt’s father, Bill Schadt, died away before to his son’s passing. It was his father who passed away before him.
Throughout his life, Roger had a variety of pets at his home since he had a soft spot in his heart for all kinds of critters.
Roger had spent virtually all of his life at Fort Myers Beach, Florida, and considered it his home. He took great pride in the life he had built there. Roger served for many years with the Fort Myers Fire Department, first as an Engineer, then as a Paramedic, and lastly as Captain Schadt, before leaving the department and taking his retirement.

Prior to leaving the department, Roger held the position of Captain Schadt. Roger made it a priority to maintain his paramedic license active when he retired from the field. Roger contributed his time as a volunteer to a myriad of different organizations. He was now working as a security guard at the Health Park Hospital in Fort Myers in addition to his previous profession as a volunteer firefighter with the Alva Fire Department. Roger was loved by a large number of individuals, and his absence will be keenly felt by all of those who knew him. A cremation will take place at a later time, and then a private burial will take place after that.
