Herbert Pam Obituary, Death Cause – Mr. Herbert Pam was born in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, on March 6, 1957. His parents, Roscoe and Earnestine (Howell) Pam, both passed away before their son’s birth. On the evening of May 21, 2023, Herbert received a call that took him from this life of struggle. Herbert received his high school diploma from the Pine Bluff School District in the year 1972 after attending that district. After that, in 1975, Herbert joined in the armed forces of the United States. After receiving an honorable discharge from the military, he went back to his hometown and started working at a few different restaurants, as well as at Green and White Furniture and Tyson Foods. And after 20 years of service at Jefferson Regional Medical Center, he finished his career there.

His parents, who have already been discussed, as well as his maternal grandparents, James and Anna Pearl Pam, passed away before Hebert. James and Effie Howell were his grandparents on his mother’s side. On October 24, 2022, Herbert said his last goodbye to the person he loved the most in the world. Thirty-seven years ago, he met the person who would become the love of his life, his closest friend, and his soulmate. Claudine Ann Cosen Pam. On the evening of Friday, October 12, 1985, they merged into one another and only separated when she passed away. The conversation came to an end with the words, “I will see you in a little while, it won’t be long.” Then, 209 days later, he answered the call, and his new house was all set up and ready for him. On May 31, 2023, the location of his last resting place will be returned to be next to her for the third and final time. Other members of his family, including brothers Rev. James Pam and Charles Pam, and one sister, Cynthia Pearl Cosen Marks, passed away before him.

He is survived by his four sons, Courtney A. Pam of Pine Bluff, Robin Mayweather Jr., of Pine Bluff, Maurice Cosen of Pine Bluff, and his namesake, Herbert Pam Jr., of Pine Bluff, who will always treasure his memory. Victoria Ann Cosen, a daughter who resides in Pine Bluff, Brother, Larry (Belinda) Pam, now residing in Phoenix, Arizona. Sisters, Brenda Jackson of Central Islip, New York, Linda Carter of Dallas, Texas, Felicia (Brian) Taylor of Pine Bluff, 20 grandkids, 3 great grandchildren, Brother in law Glenn Mark’s (late Cynthia Pam-Marks) of Pine Bluff, as well as a number of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and in-laws.
