The news was quite upsetting to Sheriff Brown and the rest of the personnel working at the Sheriff’s Office. The news that Faye Sanders Martin had passed away came as a shock to everyone. She was a great person who committed a substantial part of her life to serving the people of the Ogeechee Judicial Circuit in a way that exemplified the characteristics of decency and honesty.
Judge Martin was a magnificent lady who served as a judge for a considerable period of her life. Throughout the course of her life, she continued to do so for a period of time. The Ogeechee Judicial Circuit was where she devoted a significant portion of her time throughout her career. Her professional life covered a lot of decades. Sadly, she passed away in the year 2014 as a result of her illness. The year 2005 marks the year when she passed away in this world.
During this awful time, the members of Judge Martin’s family and those who were close to him are in our thoughts and prayers.
