Craig Schoof Obituary, Death Cause – We are writing to notify the Adelaide Jaguars Community and the South Australian Football Community that Craig Schoof died away early this evening. It is with the heaviest of hearts that we make this announcement. Craig was a fantastic, kind, and honest individual who has a great deal of decency in his character. He was one of the first members of the club, served as the club’s first president, was a tireless supporter for female football in South Africa, and was our club’s first president.
He was incredibly generous to everyone else in his immediate environment. He had such a profound concern for each and every member of the Jaguars. He contributed all he had, including his heart and soul, to the success of the club. Because of him, each and every one of our members has a moment, a memory, a feeling, and a connection that they can attribute to our club. Because of him, we are all that we are. Because of the influence that his passion, his vision, and his club have had on the lives of a great number of people, it is clear that he has always been a person of high quality.
He has left behind an incredible legacy for which we are eternally grateful. Craig has been an incredible blessing for us. All of our lives have been improved as a result of his actions. He had a life that is worthy of being celebrated. Because we adore him, this news has us in pieces. Our hearts and prayers are with Julie, Jess, Chris, the Schoof family, the Hartwell family, and everyone else who is close to Craig at this difficult time. We, the Jaguars community, want you to know that we are here for you and that we love you.
