Charles also had a son-in-law named Larry Hill who passed away. Beulah McAlister Chappell and Emily Bramlett are Charles’s surviving sisters and brothers, respectively. Charles was also survived by his brothers Frank and James McAlister. Larry Hill, Charles’ son-in-law, was another member of his family that moved away after the death of Charles. The legacy that Charles left behind is also being carried on by Charles’s siblings, Frank McAlister, James McAlister, and Emily Bramlett, all of whom are still alive today. Charles’s heritage will continue to be passed down through their generations.
