Kevin Metzler Obituary, Learn More About Kevin Metzler’s Death

Kevin Metzler Obituary, Death Cause –  On May 22, 2023, Kevin J. Metzler, age 57, died away due to an illness. On July 12, 1965, he was brought into the world by his parents, Jim and Linda (Bullion) Metzler. Kevin was a diligent worker who devoted the most of his professional life to his job at Algoma Hardwoods. He spent a lot of time watching and playing sports, with a particular interest in softball, and he participated in a lot of different leagues and tournaments with his friends. He had a lot of fun doing both. Every opportunity that presented itself, he would spend it telling jokes, interacting with his cherished cat Venus, and chatting with his pals over the campfire. He enjoyed coming to Northbrook to play a few holes of golf, going to Mexico to relax with his feet on the beach and a drink in his hand, and playing Singo.

He liked spending time with his grandkids and officiating youth baseball and softball games. He also volunteered his time for these activities. His loved ones and friends will grieve his passing in a profound way. He is left by his son Brett (Meghan) Metzler, Green Bay; grandkids Maxwell and Stella Metzler; mother Linda Meltzer (special friend Tom Knaus), De Pere; sister Kim (Mike) Server De Pere; brother Jamie Metzler, Green Bay. In addition, he is survived by his niece Crystal, who is married to Tom Tyler, and his niece Shannon, who is married to Doug Drewiske, as well as his nephew Kamran, who is married to Delaney Metzler. Kevin’s mother Rita Metzler, his father Jim Metzler, and both sets of grandparents, Mable and Edward Metzler and Rita and Lawrence Van Straten, all passed away before him.

On the 10th of June, 2023, a get-together for family and friends will take place at the Kinnard Funeral Home – Casco gathering hall (located behind the funeral home, on the north side of the parking lot), which can be found at 107 Wiesner Ave, Casco, Wisconsin 54205. In keeping with the spirit of Metz, there will be food and drink available during the whole meeting. At 6:30 in the evening, there will be a time set aside for the sharing of tales and recollections. In lieu of floral displays of sympathy, Kevin’s friends and family have created a memorial in his honor to provide financial assistance.
