Joseph Coffee Obituary, Death cause – On May 24, 2023, Joseph Anthony Coffee, who was 69 years old, died away. In Pueblo, Colorado, on October 11th, 1953, he was brought into the world by his parents, Michael and Sarah (Passanante) Coffee. Joe’s parents, Michael Coffee and Sarah Passanante Coffee, as well as his father-in-law Lee Finch, brothers-in-law William Finch and James Euler, sister-in-law Lee Ann Euler, and nephew Carl J Coffee Jr. all passed away before him. His devoted wife Christine, his children Michael (Christina).

Anthony (Stephanie), Daniel, and Angela (Anthony) Coffee Gonzales, as well as his mother-in-law Bonnie Finch, and his grandkids JoJo, Jon, and Juliet Coffee, Sara Coffee, and Aubrey and Nicolai Gonzales are among those who carry on his legacy. JoAnn (Ward) Johnson, Carl (Patty) Coffee, Paula Coffee, Jerry (Pat) Coffee, Theresa (Rick) Hocking, and Mary (Todd) Burleson are his siblings. He also has a sister-in-law named Mary (Doug) Gold and a brother named Michael (Joyce) Finch. In addition, she is survived by a large number of nieces and nephews.

Before Joe retired in 2019, he had spent the previous 15 years working at the Evraz Steel Mill. Joe was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, the founder of the online Elm Street Gang and Sons of Italy, a defender of the actual history of Christopher Columbus, and a member of the Statue of Columbus Committee at the Mesa Junction in Pueblo. Joe also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, playing chess and cribbage, and going to the library. Joe was also a member of the Sons of Italy.
An event commemorating Joe’s life will take place in October, close to his birthday.
