John Weatherford Obituary, Death Cause – John Weatherford, who had been given an Emmy and had once served on the Board of Directors of NATAS/SE, died away not too long ago. John Weatherford was recognized with an Emmy in the past. In addition to that, he was an Emmy Award winner. John has been of enormous support to our Southeast Chapter throughout the course of the many years that have passed since its beginning.
Because of everything that he has done for us, we are going to miss him very much. The group was started when members learned that John Weatherford had passed away. John Weatherford’s previous job was as a reporter for WAGA-TV’s news department. Throughout the decade of the 1970s, John Weatherford served as a news reporter in the city of Atlanta for the publication known as the Atlanta Constitution. On Friday, the 26th of May, Weatherford had an unexpected heart attack and passed away abruptly as a consequence of his ailment. His passing was a devastating and untimely event.
It has been decided that the memorial service for him will be held at Oak Grove Methodist Church on June 3 at 2:00 p.m., which is also the day of the week (Saturday). A memorial service will be held as a tribute to him in honor of the occasion. In every way possible, the absence of him will be keenly felt by those who were closest to him.
