Joanne Nicola Obituary, Death Cause – John E. Markowski Jr., the cherished spouse of the departed Dawn (Doyle) Markowski, died away in a calm and peaceful state at the age of 80 on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at the Mid-State Medical Center in Meriden. His name was John E. Markowski Jr. The prior year marked one year after the passing of Dawn (Doyle) Markowski. The 2nd of December, 1942 found John (Jack) Markowski entering the world in Meriden.
He was the son of John E. Markowski Sr. and Valerie (Czajka) Markowski, both of whom before him in death. John (Jack) Markowski was known as “Jack.” The individual goes by the name Jack as their middle name. Soon after he started his work, he was able to secure a position at the local Record Journal as the Pressroom Foreman, which he had been able to obtain after graduating from Maloney High School. He graduated from Maloney High School having finished his secondary studies there. Following that, he was promoted to his current position as the individual installation lead for offset newspaper presses all around the world for MAN Roland, which has its headquarters in Augsburg, Germany.
John was a member of the Meriden Elks, the Masonic Lodge Compass No. 9 in Wallingford, the Valley of Hartford Scottish Rite Masons in Newington, and the Sphinx Shriners in Newington, where he served on the Motor Patrol. In addition, John was a member of the Valley of Hartford Scottish Rite Masons in Newington. John attended St. Paul Church in Berlin. In addition to that, he was a part of the Elks Lodge in Meriden. In addition to this, John was a Mason who belonged to the Valley of Hartford Scottish Rite and was based in Newington. This group calls Newington, Connecticut, its home base. From this location, he tenderly cared for and drove the “little red Jeeps” that were seen in the parades that were held in the hamlet. These parades were held on a regular basis.
