Jalna Hammer Obituary, Jalna Hammer Has Passed Away

Jalna Hammer Obituary, Death Cause – Jalna K. Oliver, better known by her nickname “Ms. J.,” was born on May 17, 1952 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to parents Georgia Mae and Charles V. Seaton. Her parents gave her the moniker “Ms. J.” when she was a little child. Jalna completed her secondary education in Tulsa, Oklahoma at Nathan High School, where she graduated with her high school diploma. Jalna began her career in the insurance industry as a claims adjuster after she had finished her schooling and was ready to enter the workforce.

Jalna’s dream job was to be an insurance adjuster for Columbia Insurance Group, the company from which she eventually retired. She pursued this objective throughout her career. She is credited as being the first woman in the state of Oklahoma to hold a job in the profession of insurance adjusting. In addition to being a Cherokee, some of her favorite interests included gardening, fishing, and watching television. She was also a member of the Cherokee tribe. Her wit was really hilarious, and I’ve never met somebody with a better sense of humor.

Her parents, Georgia and Charles Seaton, as well as her husband, Raymond Oliver, both went away before she did. Jalna is the last surviving member of her family. Jalna was also preceded in death by the person she married. Her brother Gary Seaton, who lives in San Antonio, Texas, as well as two very close friends, Tracie Bates and Debbie Brown, both of Tulsa, Oklahoma, are among the people who are left behind after her passing. Those who were fortunate enough to have known and loved her will hold dear her memory. On Thursday, March 30, 2023, at 10 a.m., her Celebration of Life will take place at the Chapel of the Memorial Park Cemetery.
