Mrs. Justice Tipples informed Marsden that she would have to spend at least 27 years in jail, and she informed Boden that he would have to spend at least 29 years behind bars at the sentencing that took place today. These two sentences are the bare minimum that must be served. After only a few weeks of being in the care of his parents, Finley passed away. His parents had previously burned and tortured him, leaving him with a total of 130 unique injuries, including many bone breaks and fractures. Finley’s death came after only a few weeks of being in the care of his parents. After having looked after him in the past, his parents gave him back to his grandparents to raise this time around.
His injuries included a broken pelvis and a fractured thigh in addition to the 71 cuts, bruises, and burn scars that he received. In addition to it, his pelvis was fractured. The early hours of the morning saw him passing away peacefully.
