Dennis Reid Obituary, Death Cause – Dennis Reid has died. Reid was a master of a wide variety of skills. He was able to examine an engine and immediately grasp the steps necessary to disassemble it and reassemble it correctly. He instructed his sons in how to change the oil, brakes, rotors, and headlights on their family automobile. He placed the “hand” in “handyman” in a real sense.
During his career, Reid was a great real estate investor and owned numerous properties in the Baltimore City area. He also started several profitable small businesses in the printing and promotional industries. These enterprises were very successful. His professional career was rich in both variety and productivity, and he was a sales professional who was held in very high regard.
At Towson High School, Reid first became romantically involved with his future wife, Laura. They began dating while they were both in their early teens. Years before Laura and Reid ever crossed paths, Laura’s late father, John David Hoover, served as Reid’s Boy Scout Troop Leader. Together, Laura and Reid raised three wonderful children and a large number of German Shepherds over the course of their forty-year marriage, which ended unexpectedly when Reid passed away.
Reid and Laura had a wonderful life together; he was her best friend, the best husband and father, and on top of all of that, he was a jokester. Together, they had a wonderful existence. According to Laura, the fact that he was able to raise a family that he adored so much was his biggest achievement in life. His family admires him most for his sense of adventure, his love of the outdoors, and his entrepreneurial spirit. He also has a strong sense of responsibility.
