Ann Fennell Obituary, Death Cause – Grattan Street’s Ann Fennell will be remembered with deep sorrow by her friends and coworkers here. Ann, who passed away before Ollie, was the much-loved mother of a great family that lived in Portlaoise. Her family, including her sad immediate family as well as her extended family and a large group of friends, will mourn her immensely since she was the embodiment of a woman. Her son Ollie, who was an important player for the town and is now a coach for the club, played for the town for many years.
Ann took an intense interest in the activities of the club throughout the years and made a large number of friends there.

At home, surrounded by her adoring family, she passed away peacefully. Beloved wife of Ollie, who passed away.

Mother of John, Mairead, Anne Marie, Deirdre, Sinéad, Oonagh, Ollie, Finola, and Carol, who all adored and respected her. Also mother of Neil. Their partners express their profound sadness over this. A cherished grandma to Jack, Mark, Ailbhe, Aodha, Tom Paddy, Annie, Caoimhe, Ruair, Abby, Dara, Kate, Joe, Lucy, Ellie, Nina, and Beatrice. Sadly missed by her devoted family, including her brother Jim and sister Mary McWey, as well as her sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, and a large number of friends and acquaintances.
