Jomechee Gray Obituary, Death Cause – The 21st of January, 2002 found Corey Jomechee Gray being born in Grand Blanc, Michigan. He showed early academic excellence and was an honor student throughout his education. Corey’s interests included motorcycles, cars, jewelry, and stunt driving. He enjoyed doing donuts, burnouts, & wheelies on his dirt bikes. Taking pictures and spending time with friends and family were his favorite hobbies. Corey was very passionate about traveling and did not let the Covid-19 restrictions stop him.
He got to visit 48 of the 50 states. He would always call and name the city to see if you knew what state it was located in. Corey had much love for his friends and family and would not hesitate to help others. Corey was very supportive & encouraging to those around him. He was in plans to buy a commercial truck and continue working and traveling around the country. Corey accepted Christ and was baptized in 2012. His intelligence and verbal prowess allowed him the ability to “Sell snow to an Eskimo.”
Corey’s early childhood was filled with many fond memories of time spent outdoors, including activities such as fishing, camping, football, and bike riding. Corey loved to shop & plan outfits with his little sister. In his words, he liked to be “thrusted.” Corey leaves to cherish his father, Jomechee “Daddy-O” Gray, mother, Tamika Jones-Gray, sisters, “Shanny” and Tamia Gray, brother Marcus Jones, aunts Kim Jones & Mia Jones, uncle, Kevin Jones, niece, Emerie Franklin, great aunt, Aundrunn Montgomery, special cousin, Kyree Morgan, god -brother, Devon Hairston, and a host of family, cousins and friends. Corey was friends to many and enjoyed hanging out with special friends, MiAngel, Zar, Danirius, Saun, Wu, Jakaylen, Jayden, Danny, SD, JB, Jessie, Jack, Reco & more.
