John Boy Obituary, Death Cause – The Lewisville Fire Department had no choice but to make the news of Division Chief John “John-Boy” Ashman’s passing because it was something that they were obligated to do. Despite the fact that it caused them a great deal of mental pain, they had no choice but to make the statement because it was something that they were compelled to do. In the early hours of today morning, he left this world peacefully without having to endure any pain.
He was surrounded by friends and family members who had strong feelings of love and concern for him. To say that he will be missed would be an overstatement, but to suggest that he will not be missed very much would be an understatement. He was one of the first paramedics to begin working at the Lewisville Fire Department forty years ago, so to say that he will be missed would be an overstatement, but to imply that he will not be missed very much would be an understatement.
To say that we won’t miss him very much would be a gross understatement. He will be greatly missed. Despite this, our department will continue to carry on the legacy that he left behind, and for this, we are extremely grateful. Even after he is no longer with us, this will be something that continues to live on, even though he is no longer here. We will continue to keep a careful eye on this item and modify it with new information as soon as it is relevant and becomes available. At the time, the last-minute arrangements for the funeral are being made, and we will continue to keep an eye on this item.
