Robert Walker Obituary, Death Cause – Following a brief struggle with sickness, our very own Robert Walker has passed away. It is with the deepest regret that we share this news with you. We are really sorry to have to break this news to you, but it is what it is. Rob was born in Greystoke, and he has spent the all of his life in that community. In his whole playing career, he was a member of the club’s representation, just as his brothers Dan and Matthew. Rob had lived in Greystoke for the all of his life.
Even though Rob saw Tottenham both at their stadium and away from it, it is realistic to argue that Greystoke was very much Rob’s Team. Rob watched Tottenham both at their stadium and away from it. Rob watched Tottenham at their stadium as well as while they were away from the venue. Rob not only spent his Saturdays cheering on the guys from the sidelines while the company sponsored our most recent shirt, but the corporation also did so. During that time, Rob wore the shirt.
Each and every worker at this organization will have a heightened awareness of Rob’s absence when he is not present at Greystoke. Our prayers and thoughts are with Janice, Matty, and Dan, as well as the rest of the family, during this difficult time. Our hearts go out to you on the passing of your loved ones.
The funeral is scheduled to take place at Greystoke Church on Wednesday, June 7 at 11 o’clock in the morning, and a wake is scheduled to take place at the Penrith Golf Club in the evening. Shirts representing either Tottenham or Greystoke, depending on which club is more to your liking.
