Justin Cofield Obituary, Death Cause – On Tuesday, May 23, 2023, 28-year-old Justin Andrew Cofield, previously of Gainesville and now residing in Duluth, passed away and into eternal. The arrangements for the funeral are not complete at this time. We ask that you keep this family in your thoughts and prayers as we move forward. It is with great respect and gratitude that Ward’s Funeral Home attends to the needs of Justin Andrew Cofield’s family.

He worked as a Sous Chef in Maryland for many years and held a variety of jobs throughout that time, but his dying goal was to go back to school so that he could teach his two daughters the importance of getting an education and be a good role model for them. After enlisting in the Army of the United States in the year 2000 and completing two tours of duty beginning that same year, he received an honorable discharge and is now considered a Veteran.

He is survived by his lovely children Aniya Janae Cofield, Angel Imani Spence, and Tyler Spence, whom he had with his ex-wife Shenae Spence (they had since divorced). His devoted and loved sister Crystal N. Cofield, his devoted and loving older brother Sidney Allen Jr., and his two devoted and loving younger brothers, Justin X Allen and Sidney Allen Jr. His devoted grandmother, Mrs. Peggy Baker, and his grandfather, Mr. Nathaniel Sidney Baker Sr. (who has since passed away), as well as his devoted and close-knit uncle, Kenneth W. Baker, and his brothers, Anthony E.

Baker, Nathaniel S. Baker Jr., and Steven P. Baker (who has since passed away), and his aunt, Jessica Ward, make up his extended family. First cousins Donald and Deidra Stockton, along with their children and a large number of nieces and nephews, send their love.
