Edward Crowell Obituary, Death Cause – As a result of the passing of Edward Alton Crowell, who was regarded as a real icon in our community, each and every one of us has been left in a state of sadness that is so deep that it is difficult to even begin to comprehend it. This is because Edward Alton Crowell was held in such high esteem by a great number of people. As a consequence of his leaving, we are going to suffer a significant amount of loss. Over the course of more than six decades, he held a variety of positions within the government; however, the position of Barnstable County Commissioner was the one he held for the most number of years, commencing in 1972.
He served in this capacity for the majority of his career. This was the position that he held for the vast part of his career. Moreover, during the course of his political career, he served in a wide range of other political roles. The total amount of time that he spent working at this specific job was, by a significant margin, the most time that he had ever spent working at any of the other professions that he had held in the past.
We will never forget the immense influence that he had on our area, and his unrivaled devotion to assisting average people will never be surpassed by the deeds of anyone else working in this business.
