Dale Willis Obituary, Death Cause – On December 8, 2022, at the age of 77, Dale Willis, who resided in Hull, passed away in a tranquil manner. Mr. Willis was born in Hull, where he also received his early education and ultimately earned his high school diploma in 1964. After receiving his diploma, he enlisted in the United States Navy and did his best to make his country proud. Mr. Willis received a discharge with honor and then went back to his hometown to launch his professional career.

Before shifting to his current role as a school bus driver for the municipality of Hingham until the time of his official retirement, he was self-employed at his painting firm, which he named On Shore Painting and oversaw for a number of years. Mr. Willis was a dynamic individual who has a wide variety of skills and interests. Canoeing was his greatest favorite activity, although he also liked canoeing and road races. During his time at the high school he attended, he was known for his accomplishments on the track and as the top running back.

He was also an extremely artistic person, with the capacity to sketch, paint, and take gorgeous images – in fact, he even won a contest with his photography! When he wasn’t out and about with his activities, he liked to work on sudoku puzzles and collect old trucks and other kinds of vintage toys. Those who had the privilege of knowing Mr. Willis will feel a profound sense of loss at his passing since he was an exceptional human being.

He was the devoted father of Sean Willis and his wife, Robin, of Rockland, as well as Todd Willis and his wife, Carla, of Florida. Both of his sons are married. Greta, Benjamin, Taylor, and Colin all held him in high regard as their beloved grandfather. He was the brother of Diane Figueiredo of Pembroke, Wayne Willis of Bryantville, Gary Willis of Sandwich, and was predeceased by his siblings Sid Willis and Charlene “Cookie” Kapp. Mr. Willis also leaves behind his close friend and former wife, Donna Willis of Weymouth.
