Constantine Tammy Obituary, Death Cause – Tammy L. Constantine, 59, a native of Lewiston, Maine, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2023, at D’Youville Pavilion in Lewiston, Maine. She had been a patient at the facility ever since the accident that occurred 42 years before. She was the daughter of Kenneth H. Constantine and Elizabeth (Dumont) Constantine Adams and was born in Farmington on April 1st, 1964. Her full name is Elizabeth (Dumont) Constantine Adams.
Tammy L. Constantine, age 59, a resident of Lewiston, Maine, passed away on the 22nd of May, 2023 in Lewiston, Maine. A funeral will be performed at the graveside of Fellows Cemetery, which is located on East Road in Fayette, Maine. A memorial service honoring the deceased will be planned at a later time. She received her education at the Livermore Falls Schools. She is survived by her sister Prudy Constantine of Livermore (Raymond Pomerleau), her brother Kirt Constantine of New Vineyard, her stepmother Norma Constantine of Livermore and her stepfather Robert Adams of Wilton, her stepbrothers Colby Ryder, Dennis Ryder and wife Marcy, and Kevin Ryder and wife Fikle, her aunt Karen Robbins, as well as a large number of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
