Because of the compassion and care that they shown toward Charlie and our family while he was staying at Vitas Hospice, Charlie’s family would like to convey their gratitude to all of the doctors and nurses who work there. We would want to thank you for everything that you have done for Charlie and our family while he was there.
In addition, we would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Helen Smith from Humble Flower Shop for the lovely floral tributes that she designed for our family as well as the kind and thoughtful manner in which she dealt with us during this difficult time. During Charlie’s funeral, Dr. Tom Fritts offered our family some deep words of consolation. We would want to take this opportunity to thank him for those words and to convey our gratitude.
