Andrew Alexander Obituary, Death Cause – Andrew Alexander, who had been a member of the squad at the Colonel Light Gardens Bowling Club as well as having previously held the role of President of the club, passed away not too long ago. During his time at the club, he had also served as President of the club. Andrew was a highly competitive club guy who was driven to excel by his passion for the activities in which he engaged. In 1998, Andrew became a member of the club, and almost soon afterward, he began doing performances for the night owls, also known as the late-night crowd.
Following the conclusion of the funeral service on Wednesday, May 31, at 11:30 a.m., Andrew will be laid to rest at a nearby cemetery. The ceremony is planned to take place in Centennial Park’s Heysen Chapel, which is going to be the venue. After the funeral service for Andrew has concluded, the celebration of his life will continue in his honor at the Colonel Light Gardens Bowling Club. This event is being held in his memory.
It didn’t take him very long at all to work his way up to the pennant side, and he currently competes in that category on Saturdays. Since the year 2009, Andrew has served as the president of our club, making this his 11th year in the role. He is well-known for his active engagement in all of our club’s activities, and this is one of the reasons why. Everyone who knew Andrew will grievously miss him, and during this difficult time, our thoughts and affection are with his wife Sally, daughter Zoe, and son Jim.
