Michael was also known for being optimistic. Anthony and Josephine Serini Sena welcomed their son Michael into the world on October 22, 1928 in Brooklyn, New York. He received his degree from Baruch College in New York City and then went on to serve in the United States Army’s 2nd Infantry Division during the Korean War. He worked for Gallo Wine Distributors as a top-producing Wine Salesman for almost 35 years during his tenure there.
On November 12, 1960, Michael wed Joan Dolores Johnson. Their wedding took place. The pair eventually made their home in Pleasantville, New York, where he became involved in the local community by joining organizations like Rotary and the Dad’s Club. Michael enjoyed spending time swimming, skiing, and hanging out with his family. At Club Fit in Briarcliff, New York, he was an active participant on the tennis team for many years.
On May 24th, 1992, Joan Sena passed away, having been married to her husband for 32 blissful years. Michael was able to rediscover his capacity for love, and on October 19, 2002, he wed Jean Marie Blackman. During their retirement years, they went on many exciting trips together and made the most of the riverfront property they owned at Scarborough Manor in Ossining, New York.
Michael leaves behind his devoted wife Jean Marie Blackman, his son Michael J. Sena, who resides in Portland, Oregon, his daughter Susan J. Sena, who is in Scarsdale, New York, and his son Christopher Sena, who resides in Ossining, New York. Michael Sena of Portland, Oregon is the proud grandfather to Delfina and Mia Sena.
