Michael Cobb Obituary, Death Cause – It has been determined that Michael Cobb has passed away. Mike was a huge sports fan, particularly of the Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins, and he had been a Bowdoin Hockey supporter for the previous 36 years. His favorite teams were the Boston Red Sox and the Boston Bruins. At the Richmond Dunkin’ Donuts, he had a fantastic time hanging out with the other customers and talking with them.
He was a voracious reader and particularly appreciated novels on Harry Potter. Before he was born, his father, Edward, had already passed away. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Ruth Lavigne Cobb, his mother Mary Cobb, his children Tammy Helton and her husband Glenn of Kentucky, Nicole Gibbs and her husband Joshua of Richmond, and his son Joseph Cobb and his wife Stacey of Bath, as well as his brothers Robert, Thomas, and Timothy Cobb, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, and a number of cousins and nieces and nephews. He was married for 42 years. He is survived by his wife of 42 years. He had a long and happy marriage of 42 years.
At the funeral home of Stetson’s, which is located in Brunswick at 12 Federal Street, the public is invited to pay their respects on Thursday, October 6, between the hours of 12 noon and 2 PM. After the conclusion of visiting hours at two in the afternoon, there will be some words to remember. A solemn ceremony honoring the departed will take held at a later date in the family plot at Varney Cemetery in Brunswick.
