James Harrison Obituary, Death Cause – The death of James Harrison has occurred. A shooting in Rhode Island has resulted in the deaths of two people and the injury of a 15-year-old girl, and police say the suspect is also dead. The authorities have expressed their belief that the shooting was the result of the situation. According to WJAR, the police reported that Harrison initially shot and killed an adult at his residence on Ligian Court at approximately 7:30 in the morning. After that, he went to another residence on the same block and shot and injured a 15-year-old girl in addition to shooting and killing another adult.
After about two hours had passed, the police reported that an off-duty police dispatcher had seen Harrison sitting in his vehicle in the St. Ann Cemetery in the neighboring city of Cranston. When multiple officers from the Cranston Police Department got to the cemetery, the suspect was already there and drove directly at them, coming dangerously close to hitting their vehicles.
After then, he was chased by police from Cranston and Providence through a number of other communities, and the pursuit finally came to a halt at the on-ramp to Interstate 295 on the Plainfield Pike, which is located on the boundary between Johnston and Cranston. According to the authorities, Harrison was driving and swerved at multiple police vehicles, before colliding with a police cruiser in Cranston.
