Forest Lake Teen Girl Missing – Since early on Friday morning, Desiray Kappes, 14, has not been seen or heard from, and the Forest Lake Police Department is reaching out to the general public for assistance in locating him. On Friday morning was the last time anyone saw or heard from Desiray. An Amber Alert has been issued for a young woman who was last seen in the Forest Lake area. She is a teenager.
There has been a report filed for her as a missing person. When the authorities were notified of her disappearance, she had just turned 14 years old.
