In her honor, this is being done. Mrs. Madrigal was an assistant principal at Eldorado High School when the events in this story took place.

Before leaving her position at VHS, Mrs. Madrigal worked there in a variety of capacities, including that of a teacher, a coach, and the athletic director. She had been working at VHS prior to joining the Eldorado team. Amy was an outstanding academic support staff member who assisted a large number of students and the teachers who worked with them in a variety of different ways.

She was a vital contributor to the overall community of the school. She had a great smile and a giggle that was contagious, and she maintained a good attitude and a professional demeanor at all times. Her demeanor was one that exuded an unusually upbeat and positive attitude. She handled difficult situations with dignity, humor (sometimes even sarcasm), and kindness even if they were difficult.

It is a tragic turn of events that she passed away unexpectedly yesterday after having a stroke, but it is what it is. Everyone was taken aback by her unexpected passing. There are going to be a lot of individuals who miss her terribly and won’t be able to get over it.
